Q: How fast will I see results?
A: Many clients experience immediate clarity or a clear next step after a single 20–30 minute call. Deeper pattern shifts accumulate over weeks as we integrate practices and structural shifts. This is why we require a minimum of 3 months; real recalibration needs integration.

Q: Is this therapy or crisis support?
A: No. This container is designed for energetic, intuitive, and strategic mentorship. It is not a substitute for therapy, medical, legal, or financial care.

Q: What is Voxer support?
A: Voxer is our in between support channel to share, connect and do life together. I respond, give feedback, mirror, and celebrate with you.

Q: What is a “Psychic Spot Check”?
A: You send one focused question (text or voice). I tune in and return a 10-minute channeled audio that gives the next aligned move from your highest timeline. Turnaround: typically 24–72 hours.

Q: How do spot checks differ from the 30-minute calls?
A: Spot Checks are short, channeled clarity messages where I tune in to the energy and tell you what I see. The 30-minute calls are for deeper coaching calls to untangle any unconscious blocks or beliefs that slow you down. In these calls, we collapse time and release any vows, agreements, or patterns that are ready to be released.

Q: Can I cancel?
A: Yes, after the initial 3-month minimum, you may pause or cancel with 30 days’ notice. Payment is processed monthly on the date of enrollment. Please see Coaching Agreement.

Q: How do we book calls?
A: You’ll receive a private scheduling link to choose times that fit your rhythm.

Coaching Agreement

Welcome to Coaching with Nicholette, a private high-frequency container with Nicholette von Reiche (“Coach”) and yourself (“Client”).

This agreement is designed to create energetic clarity, clean expectations, and a grounded, sovereign field for our co-creation.

By enrolling, you agree to the following terms:

Scope of Mentorship

Support Provided

Coaching Sessions

Up to four (4) private 30-minute coaching sessions per month.

These sessions may include focused coaching, intuitive guidance, energetic clearing, nervous system recalibration, and strategic refinement to support rapid growth in your business and life.
- Sessions must be scheduled within the active billing month.
- Unused sessions do not roll over.
- The Client is responsible for scheduling sessions via the provided booking link.
Voxer Access:

Private Voxer voice + text support Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM EST.

This channel is used for:
- Real-time clarity and reflection
- Strategic and intuitive nudges
- Energetic recalibration and integration support
Messages are responded to within a spacious daily window (typically once or twice per business day). This container is not designed for real-time conversation or crisis support.
Custom Activations & Energy Work
Energetic activations, transmissions, meditations, or clearing work may be offered intuitively or scheduled when aligned. These are delivered at the Coach’s discretion, based on the Client’s readiness and the energetic field of the work.
Psychic Spot Check
Up to one (1) Psychic Spot Check per month.

A Psychic Spot Check includes:
- One focused question submitted via voice or text
- A concise, channeled audio response offering guidance from your highest timeline
Typical turnaround time is 24–72 hours.
Unused Spot Checks do not roll over month to month.

Focus of Mentorship

This is a multidimensional coaching space for:

Energetic calibration and nervous system support
Intuitive mentorship and psychic insight
Strategic refinement and leadership expansion
Business, visibility, wealth, relationships, identity, motherhood, and embodiment work

This container supports your whole human (self and soul), not just isolated goals.

Nature of Support
This mentorship is an energetic and intuitive coaching container. It is not a substitute for therapy, legal, financial, or medical care. The Client remains responsible for their decisions, actions, and implementation.

Time Off & Availability

The Coach takes intentional time off throughout the year, including short breaks and up to six (6) weeks total annually.

Clients will be notified in advance of extended time-off periods.
During time off, Voxer responses may pause or be limited.
Coaching sessions may be scheduled before or after these windows.
The monthly investment remains the same, as the container is designed around ongoing access, energetic holding, and continuity of support.

Terms of Commitment

Investment
$1,750 USD/month, auto-renewing every 30 days.
This rate reflects the standard investment unless adjusted by a coupon code or written agreement at the time of enrollment.

Commitment
A 3-month minimum commitment is required. After the initial 3 months, the container continues month-to-month unless cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.

Cancellation

Sovereignty Clause
This container honors your autonomy at every step. You are not dependent on the Coach; you are deeply supported within a clean, co-created field that honors your truth, evolution, and expansion.
